Our Story
Sottiricon was founded in 2018 by cycling enthusiasts Marcus Johnson and Elena Rodriguez, who shared a vision of making high-quality bikes accessible to everyone while promoting sustainable urban mobility.
What started as a small bike-sharing initiative in Brighton has grown into the UK's premier bike rental network, operating in over 25 cities across England, Scotland, and Wales.
Our journey began when Marcus and Elena noticed the lack of reliable, well-maintained rental bikes for both tourists and locals. They invested their savings into purchasing 50 premium bikes and developed a user-friendly booking system that prioritized safety and convenience.
By 2020, despite global challenges, we had expanded to London, Edinburgh, and Manchester. Our commitment to quality and customer service helped us grow rapidly, with over 100,000 satisfied customers by 2022.
